Result correction

Use the subject “Result correction.” Include the game, draw date, number or jackpot shown, time observed and a link to the controlling official lottery record. Do not attach a ticket barcode or complete serial number.

Privacy request

Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the right you want to exercise. Do not send a Social Security number, financial account number, password or government ID unless LottoGlance first explains why a proportionate verification step is necessary. See the Privacy Policy.

Copyright notice

Use the subject “Copyright notice” and include the information listed in the Copyright and Takedown Policy.

Accessibility, security and general feedback

Describe the page, device or browser involved and what you expected to happen. For a suspected security issue, avoid including working exploit code or sensitive personal information in the first message; request a safe follow-up channel.

Prize claims and game rules

LottoGlance cannot validate tickets, accept claims or answer for an official lottery. Contact the lottery in the jurisdiction where the ticket was sold using contact information you find on its official website.

Email handling

Messages are reviewed and answered when a response is appropriate, but no response time is guaranteed. Email is not a secure channel, so send only the information needed for the request.
