1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using LottoGlance, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use LottoGlance for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Lottery play, ticket purchase and prize claims are additionally subject to the age, location and other requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Independent informational service

LottoGlance is an independent information and comparison service. It is not a lottery operator, government agency, retailer, ticket courier, broker, claims agent, financial institution or prize-payment service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any state lottery or multi-state game organization.

Any future advertising, affiliate relationship, sponsorship or paid feature will be governed by the Advertising and Commercial Disclosures. Commercial compensation does not make a third party an official lottery source and does not alter which official record controls.

3. Unofficial information and controlling records

Results, jackpot estimates, drawing schedules, multiplier details, winner locations, claim deadlines and rules can be delayed, corrected, incomplete or changed by their official source. A LottoGlance status label describes retrieval state, not legal validation. The controlling official lottery record, ticket data and claim decision supersede anything shown on LottoGlance.

You are responsible for checking the ticket and all applicable rules directly with the lottery that sold it. Do not discard, transfer or act on a ticket solely because of a LottoGlance comparison.

4. Ticket checker

The checker compares numbers you type with the displayed drawing. It does not scan a barcode, confirm a draw selection or add-on, detect printing damage, evaluate every prize rule, identify a cancelled or previously claimed ticket, or prove that the ticket is genuine or belongs to you. A “match” is a screen-level comparison only.

5. Jackpots and calculators

Advertised jackpots and cash values are estimates that can change. Calculator outputs are simplified illustrations before taxes and may omit game-specific annuity schedules, pari-mutuel calculations, shared winners, withholding, residency rules and other factors. They are not financial, tax, accounting, investment or legal advice. Consult the official lottery and qualified advisers before making a consequential decision.

6. No prediction, purchase or prize service

LottoGlance does not sell tickets, accept wagers, hold player funds, choose guaranteed winning numbers or improve the odds of a random drawing. Historical results, frequency statistics and visual patterns cannot guarantee a future result. LottoGlance does not contact visitors to announce wins or request fees to release prizes.

7. Responsible and lawful use

Treat lottery play as optional paid entertainment, not an income plan, investment or way to recover losses. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and game rules. Review our Responsible Play and Scam Awareness pages.

8. Limited permission to use the site

Subject to these Terms, LottoGlance gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the site and use its tools for lawful personal or internal informational purposes. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for those purposes and share ordinary links with accurate attribution.

Factual lottery results are reported as facts. LottoGlance’s original writing, compilation choices, interface, code, graphics and brand elements remain protected by applicable law. No ownership right is transferred to you.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• interfere with, overload, damage, probe or bypass the site’s security, rate limits or access controls;
• introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use data obtained through compromised credentials;
• impersonate LottoGlance, an official lottery or another person, or falsely imply endorsement or affiliation;
• republish substantial original content, mirror the service, commercially resell access or reproduce the interface or brand in a confusing manner without written permission;
• use automated access in a way that circumvents instructions, degrades the service or extracts protected content at unreasonable volume; or
• use LottoGlance to violate law, facilitate fraud, exploit a minor, invade privacy or infringe another person’s rights.

Ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility tools and non-disruptive personal browser functions are not prohibited by this section.

10. External sites and third-party rights

Links to official lotteries and other resources are provided for verification or convenience. LottoGlance does not control their availability, content, security, privacy or terms. Your use of an external site is governed by that site.

Lottery names, game names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Nominative reference does not imply that the owner endorses LottoGlance.

11. Feedback and communications

LottoGlance does not currently host public user submissions. If you voluntarily send a correction, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you may send it and permit LottoGlance to review, quote internally, reproduce and use it to respond, correct the service or improve the product. You retain ownership of your original material, and this permission does not authorize publication of personal information contrary to the Privacy Policy.

12. Corrections, changes and availability

LottoGlance may correct, relabel, delay, remove or stop offering any result, source, tool or feature. Access may be limited to protect the service or address misuse. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular refresh time or permanent retention of any archive.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoGlance is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that an error will be corrected immediately.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusion applies only to the extent allowed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoGlance and the people and providers supporting it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, ticket-related loss or reliance on unofficial information, arising from or related to the site or an external link.

Where direct liability cannot be excluded, total liability for all claims relating to LottoGlance will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid LottoGlance to use the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. LottoGlance is currently free to use. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, claims and costs caused by your unlawful use of LottoGlance, infringement of another person’s rights or material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to cover a loss caused by LottoGlance’s own unlawful conduct.

Copyright owners and authorized agents should use the notice procedure in the Copyright and Takedown Policy.

17. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a non-urgent claim, please email a detailed notice to Admin@lottoglance.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving a consumer of non-waivable protections. Any claim may be brought only in a court that has lawful subject-matter and personal jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms requires confidential arbitration or waives a right that cannot legally be waived.

18. General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; LottoGlance may assign them in connection with a transfer of the service. Section headings are for convenience.

These Terms, together with the policies they expressly reference, form the entire agreement about use of LottoGlance and replace prior statements on that subject.

19. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective or reviewed date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; otherwise, stop using the site.
