Minimal data, documented clearly.
Effective July 30, 2026. This policy explains how LottoGlance.com handles information when you view results, use a tool, follow a link or contact us, including optional Google Analytics. It reflects the service as it operates today.

1. Scope and responsible party
This policy applies to LottoGlance.com and messages sent to its published contact address. “LottoGlance,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator of LottoGlance.com. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to Admin@lottoglance.com.
Business and privacy correspondence may also be mailed to:
LottoGlance.comc/o Gulfshore Rides LLC
8891 Brighton Ln, Suite 108
Bonita Springs, FL 34135
The address is for business correspondence only. Do not mail lottery tickets or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
This policy does not govern official lottery sites, email providers or other services reached through external links.
2. Information you enter into tools
Numbers entered into the ticket checker are used by code running in your browser to create the comparison shown on that page. LottoGlance does not send those entries to its server, place them in a cookie or retain them after the browser session. The checker does not request a ticket barcode, serial number, name or account.
3. Information processed to deliver and secure the site
Like nearly every web service, the hosting, content-delivery and security systems supporting LottoGlance may process technical request data. Depending on the request, that can include:
- IP address, request date and time, requested URL and referring URL;
- browser, operating system, device type, language and network headers;
- coarse location inferred from an IP address, such as country or region; and
- diagnostic, rate-limit, security and suspected-abuse signals.
This information is used to transmit pages and API responses, resist malicious traffic, investigate failures and maintain the integrity of the service. Cloudflare and the current hosting platform may process this information as service providers under their own contractual and legal obligations.
4. Information you choose to send
LottoGlance uses email links rather than a website contact form. If you send an email, we receive the sender address, message, routing information and any content or attachment you choose to include. Your email provider and ours process that message to deliver it.
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial account numbers, government ID images, or an unclaimed ticket’s barcode or complete serial number. If identity verification is legally necessary for a privacy request, we will request only information proportionate to that request.
5. How and why information is used
Information within this policy may be used to:
- provide, maintain, troubleshoot and protect LottoGlance;
- respond to questions, corrections, privacy requests, copyright notices and reports of impersonation;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- comply with law and protect legal rights; and
- prepare aggregate or de-identified operational information that is not reasonably linkable to a person.
Where a law requires a legal basis, processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, steps needed to answer a request, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests where applicable, or consent when the law requires it. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing, but withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.
6. Cookies, analytics and automated decisions
LottoGlance maintains aggregate daily counts for a small set of first-party events: page views, completed ticket comparisons, clicks to official verification sources, and expressions of interest in alerts or optional Plus features. A count contains the date, event category, page path and total. It does not contain ticket numbers, an email address, a persistent identifier, an advertising identifier, a full referring URL or a cross-site profile.
LottoGlance also offers optional Google Analytics 4. The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google may process page URLs and titles, referring and campaign information, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, page views, engagement time, scrolling and outbound link interactions. Google Analytics may assign browser identifiers through cookies beginning with _ga. LottoGlance disables Google advertising signals and does not send ticket numbers, email message content or ticket-checker field values to Google Analytics. Analytics data is used to understand site traffic, acquisition and feature usefulness. Google’s handling of Analytics information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Essential hosting or security technology may be used as described in the Cookie Notice, which also provides controls for changing the Analytics choice. We do not build advertising profiles or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
7. Sale, targeted advertising and disclosure
LottoGlance does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. It has not done so during the preceding twelve months. Because that processing does not occur, there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of.
Limited information may be disclosed to:
- infrastructure, security, analytics and email providers performing services for LottoGlance, including Google when optional Analytics is allowed;
- authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, address fraud or protect safety;
- professional advisers bound by appropriate duties; or
- a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization or transfer of the site, subject to appropriate notice and applicable law.
LottoGlance does not knowingly disclose personal information for a third party’s independent direct marketing.
8. Retention
Ticket-checker entries are not retained by LottoGlance. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the message, document a correction or rights request, resolve a dispute, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs and the schedules of the relevant infrastructure provider. Aggregate event counters may be retained for up to twenty-four months to compare product usage over time. Optional Google Analytics information is retained according to the property settings and Google’s applicable retention controls. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified or allowed to expire, unless law requires retention.
9. Security
LottoGlance uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service, including encrypted network delivery and security controls at the hosting layer. No internet transmission, email system or storage method can be promised to be completely secure. Report a suspected issue through the contact instructions.
10. Children and lottery-age restrictions
LottoGlance is a general-audience information service, not a service directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Lottery participation is subject to the minimum age and other rules of the relevant jurisdiction; the ability to view a result does not establish eligibility to play or claim.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a denied request. You may also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request to Admin@lottoglance.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and the email address or interaction involved. We may verify identity and authority in a manner proportionate to the request. An authorized agent may act where local law allows, but proof of authority and direct confirmation can be required. If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason and any appeal route required by applicable law.
12. International processing
LottoGlance is delivered through internet infrastructure that may process information in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Where transfer safeguards are required, the responsible provider or operator will use an available lawful mechanism.
13. Policy changes
This policy will be revised before LottoGlance activates accounts, automated alerts, advertising or another feature that materially changes data handling. The updated date will appear at the top. When law requires additional notice or consent, it will be provided before the affected processing begins.
