What LottoGlance protects

LottoGlance’s original writing, visual design, source code, site structure and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A visitor may view, print or save a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use and may share ordinary links to the site.

What LottoGlance does not claim

Factual draw results are reported as facts. Game names, lottery names, official marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification, reporting and source attribution and does not imply sponsorship.

Uses that require permission

Do not republish substantial portions of LottoGlance’s original copy, duplicate its interface, remove ownership notices, use its branding to imply affiliation or commercially redistribute a site mirror without written permission. The limited license in the Terms of Use supplies additional detail.

Copyright notice

If you believe material on LottoGlance infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email Admin@lottoglance.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

  • your physical or electronic signature and authority to act for the rightsholder;
  • identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works;
  • the exact LottoGlance URL and enough detail to locate the disputed material;
  • your name and reliable contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Incomplete notices can delay review. LottoGlance may forward the notice to the person or source responsible for the material.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same email or mailing address. Identify the removed material and its former location, provide your signature and contact information, state under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and include the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable U.S. copyright law.

Review and restoration

LottoGlance may remove or restrict material while a credible claim is reviewed. When appropriate, a compliant counter-notice may be shared with the original claimant and material may be restored after the legally applicable waiting period unless the claimant reports that court action has been filed.

Accuracy matters

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can create liability. This page is an intake procedure, not legal advice and not a representation that any statutory safe harbor or outcome applies to a particular claim.
